A wonderful surprise....

Today I got the best surprise ever through the post! Sue aka Redwitch had recently finished A Quaker Study and it was a chart on my wishlist. Sue not only sent me the chart but also three Vicki Clayton silks that she used with it! I love her colour choice fot this design and think I will use the same ones. Thank you so much Sue! It was a wonderful gift and I will treasure it!

    I'm always full of admiration of people who keep their charts nice enough to pass on, somehow mine always end up with rips where they get folded over etc.

    How kind of Sue! Is that Marque des Cercles? Thats what im using for CdC - just to warn you Vikki Clayton seems to have changed her silks recently, the new batch i ordered of this colour is a bit different

    Hazel, what a wonderful surprise. I have this chart in my stash, too, and when I was thinking about my new starts in 2009 I had it in my hands but hen decided against it and chose another design by The Carriage House. But maybe I will get this Quaker piece out when the other one is finsihed.
